I'm an artist who draws both human/ humanoid art and feral/animal and anthro art and pretty much anything in-between
I'm very relaxed when it comes to my commissions but I do insist that payment comes before I will start any work
UNLESS- you are a reliable commissioner who frequents my shop.I'm a furry who loves all things horror, dnd and video games honestly. I adore concept art and am currently going to school for concept art.

Terms Of Service

These are the terms of service/rules I have for my commissions and the commissioning process.Please note I always reserve the right to refuse a commission, and will cancel a commission if you are being rude or disrespectful, or if TOS is not followed and ignored.

Communications and Edits

  • Communication is extremely important and necessary to keep myself on schedule. Once I have confirmed with you that your commission has been started, any edit requests, or changes to the commission as I send you progress check ins must be communicated to me within 72hrs of sending the WIP.

  • If the commissioner does not respond to the message asking for any edits or alterations, the commission will be continued without any edits being made.

  • please note: this rule doesn't apply to reasons outside your control. I understand sometimes things happen, life gets in the way etc...however if the 72hr wait time is abused or a repeated issue, there may be a WIP/check in fee for future check-ins and edits, as the habit affects not just myself but other clients.

  • Small edit requests or adjustments to the commission may be made, within reason and only during sketch or flat color stages.

  • No drastic changes or edits that require entire or majority reworks of the artwork are allowed.

  • Edit requests for the pose, sketch, & character details must be made before lineart begins.

  • Edits allowed beyond the sketch stage are with color correction or other character corrections that do not change the overall piece only.

  • I'm overall pretty open to edits, and making sure you get what you want, I won't be unreasonable, but I ask that you do the same and respect my time, and do not change what you requested for the commission entirely or multiple times.

Commercial Use

Any designs made by Pipsquawk can only be used commercially for profit IF given express permission to do so by the design's CURRENT owner. Any additional fees are to be worked out between the owner of the design and any person(s) wanting to use it commercially.This also applies to art. No art made by Pipsquawk may be used for commercial use unless a contract is made and agreed upon or unless it is commissioned for that use specifically and the artist (Pipsquawk) is made aware of such intention to use the commission commercially.

Permissions (Important)

By commissioning Pipsquawk, you grant permission for the commissioned work to be used and posted on various social media platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and Caard, for the purpose of showcasing portfolio work or demonstrating the process by which the art was created in a video format. You may opt out of this usage on a per-work basis or entirely by notifying Pipsquawk in writing.This must be done prior to video works being posted but can be done at any time for images.

General Need-to-Knows

  • All payments are USD, paid in full, upfront.

  • Typically commissions are completed within 60 days after confirming with you that I'm starting the com. however, that can be subject to change depending on life events (ex. midterms, finals, holidays, any health related delays etc.) And I will update you if any such delays happen.

  • The add character discount does not apply to multiple singular characters on the same page I've seen this happen before and need to clarify the pricing listed for the "add character" addition to a commission will only apply if the characters are interacting with one another in some way. Should you want two characters drawn, where they could be cropped as singular or stand-alone images, they will be priced as two separate commissions.

  • Prices and Options available may change over time depending on demand, time, and effort it takes to complete certain works.

Credits and Use of Art

  • DO NOT Trace or claim my art as your own under ANY circumstances

  • DO NOT use Pipsquawk's art for ANY NFT/Crypto/AI/modification/redistrubution whatsoever.

  • Under no circumstances may my watermark be removed from anything I make.

  • Credit must always be given for any art, designs, or content that I create. Credit: Pipsquawk and/or a direct link to my toyhouse.

  • Under no circumstances may any of my designs be traded or sold on Amino

  • When reselling/trading/gifting designs or characters created by Pipsquawk you may not resell the design for more than it has been acquired for (unless additional paid-for art/ art created yourself comes with the character in question with proof of worth of the extra art in question)

  • If a design is given out for free the design CANNOT be traded/sold it can only be gifted unless additional art comes with it or unless given explicit permission to do so by Pipsquawk.

  • Permission must be given by pipsquawk and the species owner to transfer any design made by Pipsquawk onto any closed species.

  • No design made by Pipsquawk can be transferred onto a species (closed, semi-open /arpgs/closed communities, etc) if that species(and so on) "reclaims", "retracts", "readopts" or "rehomes" any designs they wish if said participant in the species(and so on) breaks the rules of the community. NOR can they be transferred to an species(and so on) if they do not allow designs to be transferred out of species.
